1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our mobile auto maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Delivery

AutoEase Mobile Oil Change provides on-site vehicle maintenance services. We require a safe, relatively flat area to perform services. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe for our technicians or your vehicle.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made (such as for commercial fleet accounts).

4. Liability Limitation

While we use premium products and adhere to manufacturer specifications, AutoEase Mobile Oil Change shall not be liable for any pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, or damages not directly caused by our service procedures.

5. Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent cancellations may result in the inability to book future appointments online.
